Manny brings over fifteen years experience of hands-on technology services to his position as President of ModernETH. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of clients and industries and has managed projects large and small by tailoring his skills to meet both the business and the financial needs of his clients in London and the United States.

In addition to extensive technical training and experience, Manny brings to ModernETH a deep understanding that an Information Technology solution is not successful if it does not make the user experience easier and more enjoyable. Under his leadership, this client-focused, flexible approach informs every aspect of ModernETH operations from client communications, development of proposals, implementation of solutions and client billing.

Manny joined Altour, the 12th largest travel agency in the United States, in 1996. He soon became the Director of Information Technology responsible for the network architecture and infrastructure of Altour & global operations with over 1200 staff members and with yearly revenue exceeding 1.2B US dollars.

Returning to his homeland and starting a business was his life long dream. In January 2008, Manny's dreams came true as he launched ModernETH.

Eliab Tarkghen has over twelve years of software development experience, including extensive experience in software development for large distributed information systems. Before joining ModernETH, Eliab worked as a senior developer and team leader for the Risk Analysis System, and the Quality of Service Indicator at Police Foundation. Later he became a senior developer with SRA, working on the Department of Justice’s Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) project. Eliab was also the founder and CEO of Eliab Consulting, an IT company that focused on development of specialized software, including Ethio-Biometrics™, Ethiopic Editor, and Ethiopic Palm PDA address book. As a software consultant he developed asset management software to track media inventory for George Washington University Language Lab, as well as an interactive multimedia training and testing application for Field Consulting. In 2008, Eliab was a part of a team of "Volunteer Experts," who traveled to Ethiopia to asses and develop a strategy for the deployment of ChamersNET project.

Founder and owner of Altour, Alexandre Chemla has overseen the growth of the company into the successful global presence that it is today. Often quoted and profiled in the press for his expertise in the aviation industry, Chemla has earned a reputation for being one of the most forward-thinking leaders in today's highly competitive world of travel. Under his leadership, Altour has sustained more than a 20% average annual growth and has expanded to 68 locations in the US and Europe.

Alexandre Chemla and Manny Amare founded Altour Management Technology together in 1997. The initial plan was to address the IT needs of Altour & existing client base, but this mission soon expanded to offering customized IT solutions to broader markets. Following the entrepreneurial and client focused approach that has been so successful for Altour.

Chemla supports Manny's vision of ModernETH and his ambition to offer unparalleled service and expertise.

British born Barry Noskeau plays an important role as an advisor to ModernETH, particularly in the areas of management and strategic planning. Noskeau's career began in the travel industry and has spanned the globe. He started his career more than 30 years ago as a leisure agent with Thomas Cook Travel in London and was soon the youngest branch manager worldwide. Noskeau left Cook and became an owner of the highly successful H.K. International Travel Company, which was sold to US Travel in 1989. Noskeau then moved to Los Angeles where he joined the Direct Travel Company and, in 1997, became part of the Executive Team of Altour.
